According to a report published by The Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA), more than half of the solar customers surveyed (52 percent) were one or two member households that either had no children or no longer had children living at home.

#6: Education

The same SEPA report also revealed that education also plays a hand in one’s likelihood to purchase solar panels for their home, with most residential solar system owners having an undergraduate degree and over half having a post-graduate or professional degree.
